At ISAMAYA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used or swatched beauty products cannot be accepted for return.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original ISAMAYA packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned products, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
